Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat from the skillet and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the hash brown potatoes, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly browned.
