  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the turkey carcass on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the carcass from the oven and transfer it to a large pot.
  • Add 4 quarts of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
